Kukoo connects you with local vendors in Nagercoil and delivers orders to your doorstep. Here's what to expect.

1. Service Area

We currently deliver within the Nagercoil zone. If your address falls outside our delivery area, you will be notified when placing your order.

2. Delivery Charges

• Rate: ₹10 per kilometre (distance-based)
• Minimum charge: ₹20
• Maximum charge: ₹100

The exact delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the vendor's preparation time, distance, and current demand. Estimated delivery time is shown on your order screen. We do our best to deliver promptly but do not guarantee exact delivery times.

4. Delivery Options

• Home Delivery: A Kukoo delivery partner brings the order to your address
• Takeaway: You can pick up your order directly from the vendor

5. Delivery Instructions

You can add delivery instructions (e.g., landmark, gate code) when placing your order. Please ensure your phone is reachable so the delivery partner can contact you if needed.

6. Failed Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because you are unreachable or the address is incorrect, the order may be cancelled. Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances (see our Refund Policy).
