By using the Kukoo app or website (kukoo.in), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Kukoo

Kukoo Delivery Company (GSTIN: 33IWHPK6202F1C1) is a food delivery platform that connects customers with local restaurants and vendors in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu. We act as an intermediary — the food is prepared and sold by the respective vendors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using our platform, you confirm that the information you provide (name, phone number, delivery address) is accurate.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once accepted by the vendor.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and digital payments.
  • Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to vendor unavailability, incorrect pricing, or delivery constraints.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver within the Nagercoil service area. Orders outside our zone cannot be fulfilled.
  • Delivery charges are calculated based on distance (₹10/km, minimum ₹20, maximum ₹100).
  • Delivery times may vary depending on vendor preparation time, distance, weather, and demand. We do not guarantee specific delivery times.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

5. Vendor Responsibility

The food quality, preparation, and hygiene are the responsibility of the respective vendor. Kukoo facilitates delivery but does not prepare or manufacture any food items.

6. Account & Conduct

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • Misuse of the platform (fake orders, abusive behaviour towards delivery partners or vendors) may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kukoo app and website — including logos, design, and text — is the property of Kukoo Delivery Company and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kukoo is not liable for any food-related illness, allergic reactions, or health issues arising from food prepared by vendors. We are also not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
