Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here's how cancellations work on Kukoo.

1. Customer Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge before the vendor starts preparing it. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible, or a partial charge may apply.

To cancel, go to your order in the Kukoo app and tap "Cancel Order." You will be asked to select a reason.

2. Vendor Cancellation

In rare cases, a vendor may cancel your order due to item unavailability, store closure, or other operational reasons. If this happens, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.

3. Cancellation by Kukoo

Kukoo may cancel an order if we are unable to assign a delivery partner, if there is a payment issue, or if we detect suspicious activity. You will be notified with the reason, and any amount charged will be refunded.

4. Delivery Partner Cancellation

If a delivery partner is unable to complete your delivery, Kukoo will attempt to reassign your order. If reassignment is not possible, the order may be cancelled with a full refund.

5. Refund on Cancellation

  • Digital payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: No charge is applied if cancelled before delivery

6. Frequent Cancellations

Repeated cancellations after order confirmation may affect your account standing. We encourage cancelling only when genuinely needed.
